30 minutes counseling for first time customers:
There will be a 30 minute counseling session before the treatment for first time customers.
Please note that your appointment will require 30 minutes additional time.
初めてのお客様にはトリートメント時間の前にカウンセリングのお時間（約30分）をいただきます。
施術終了時間は30分を追加するなど余裕をもってご来店ください。

Your health condition:
There may be some treatments that we cannot provide due to your health condition.
If you have any concerns, please let our staff know when you make your appointment.
体調チェックの結果によってはお受けできないメニューもございます。
体調にご不安がある方はご 予約時など先にスタッフへお問い合わせください。

In case you arrive late for your appointment:
In case you arrive late for your appointment, we may ask that you change the treatment or shorten the time.
予約時間を過ぎてのご来店の場合、トリートメント内容を変更、時間を短縮させていただく場合が ございます。
ご了承ください。

Contact lenses:
Please bring your contact lens case if you wish to remove your lenses during the treatment.
施術中にコンタクトレンズを外される方は、コンタクトレンズケースをご持参ください。
